About
Originally hailing from Ann Arbor, Katie is a proud alumna of the University of Michigan, where she earned her BA in Arts & Ideas in the Humanities (RC) and Psychology (LSA). Her journey after graduation led her to North Carolina, where she taught middle school, and then to Washington, DC, where she honed her skills as an adult ESL and digital education instructor. Katie is currently completing her master's degree and will graduate from the University of Michigan Dearborn's College of Business in 2025 with an MS in Marketing.
Reflecting on her journey, Katie shares, “The RC is a vibrant hub of creativity, social justice, academic excellence, and activism. I'm thrilled to contribute to this dynamic community, highlighting the exceptional students, staff, faculty, and alumni through communications and outreach.”
