Kristin Heinrich

The Residential College is thrilled to introduce Kristin Heinrich (she/her) as the incoming Director of Admissions, Recruitment & MLC Administration!

Alongside her role with the RC, Kristin is pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership at Eastern Michigan University, focusing her dissertation on transfer student sense of belonging on the four-year college campus.

Originally from Ludington, Michigan, Kristin brings a dynamic blend of educational expertise and global perspective to our community.

Outside of work her hobbies include traveling, crocheting, reading, and spending time with her family, partner, and friends. Kristin also spends her time volunteering with animal rescue organizations and works with Last Day Dog Rescue and Friends of Detroit Animal Care and Control.

Kristin is beyond excited to join the RC and is most looking forward to being a part of the community! She notes that the RC faculty, staff, and students are all inspiring in the work they are doing, and she feels fortunate to be a part of it.
