Kristen Danek

Kristen Danek started her English teaching career 30 years ago in Grenoble, France.  Since then, Kristen has trained teachers, led curriculum development projects, and taught English for the government and institutes of higher learning in the U.S., Gabon, Eritrea, Namibia, Slovenia, Egypt, Peru, Ukraine, Cuba, Senegal, Comoros, and Hungary.  She has also conducted testing and oral proficiency interviews for the Department of Defense and NATO in the Czech Republic and Puerto Rico. As part of the US Department of State’s English Language Specialist program, Kristen gives teacher training workshops and curriculum support around the globe. Her professional interests are in English for Specific Purposes, oral assessment, and curriculum and materials development.
