Established in 2014 through a gift from Christopher Cramer (AB ’93 Econ) and Karin Cramer, the Cramer Family Fellowship in Economics Fund supports graduate students in the Economics Department.
Chris is a member of the department’s Economics Leadership Council (ELC) and also serves on the University of Michigan LS&A Dean’s Advisory Council.

Owen Kay
Owen Kay is a PhD student in Economics at the University of Michigan. His research interest lie in the fields of public finance, environmental economics and industrial organization. Owen has a B.A. in Economics and Physics from Williams College. Prior to coming to Michigan, Owen worked at the Federal Reserve Board in the division of monetary affairs.
