Michael Beauregard is a Senior Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at Huron Capital Partners, LLC, and joined the firm at its inception.  Based in Detroit, Huron Capital is an operationally-focused private equity firm with a long history of growing lower middle-market companies through our proprietary ExecFactor® buy-and-build investment model. Founded in 1999, Huron Capital has raised over $1.8 billion in capital through six committed private equity funds and invested in over 150 companies, and its portfolio companies have employed over 11,000 people throughout North America. Huron Capital targets both control and non-control equity stakes in fundamentally-sound companies in a variety of sectors, including business services, consumer products & services and specialty industrials.

Prior to Huron Capital, Mike was Vice President, Finance & Investments for Duchossois Enterprises, a privately-held conglomerate of operating and private equity investment companies with controlling interests in consumer products, transportation and entertainment companies with aggregate revenues exceeding $2 billion. Prior to Duchossois, Mike was a Managing Director at Macam Corporation (affiliated with First Chicago Equity Capital) and a Principal with Japonica Partners jointly serving as Vice President, Strategic Planning for its portfolio company, Sunbeam-Oster Company, Inc.

Mr. Beauregard holds an AB in Economics from the University of Michigan; M.B.A from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business (University of Pittsburgh); J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  He has served on the board of directors for Prism Enterprises, RiversideWorld, Labstat International, Artissimo Designs, Excel Homes, Northern Cap, Olon Industries, Optimum Plastics, Quest Specialty Chemicals, York Label, Argyle Holdings, Systems, Inc., Valentus Specialty Chemicals, Aquamar Holdings, and Brudner Polymer Corp.
