Josh Neren is a Co-Head of Alpine Credit, Co-Portfolio Manager of the BDT & MSD Partners Alpine Credit Opportunity Fund, and a Managing Director of BDT & MSD Partners Partners. Prior to joining BDT & MSD Partners in 2020, he was a Managing Director on the High Yield and Distressed Sales team at J.P. Morgan. Immediately prior to joining J.P. Morgan, he was Chief Financial Officer for a golf technology startup, and before that, spent six years as a Managing Director on the High Yield Sales team at Bear Stearns. Josh began his career in the Corporate Finance group at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Jefferies & Co. Josh earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a B.A. from the University of Michigan, and a General Course Degree from the London School of Economics.
