- Hometown: I am from and grew up in Dowagiac, MI, but my family now lives in Eau Claire, WI, which is where I go home for the summers.
What's your favorite way to be creative?
My favorite way to be creative is with other people! I love bouncing ideas off of others and working on projects together. If we’re talking genres, I’m primarily a writer/poet, but I also play trumpet, dance, and take photos! Some of my favorite creative projects are my photo shoots I’ve done with my friends, which involve a lot of inspiration and laughter.
Why do you love LSWA?
I love LSWA because it’s a community of people that inspire me to do what I love. The friends I’ve made here in the last couple years keep me honest in my creative endeavors, and they also keep me authentic, ensuring I don’t censure my creativity. LSWA is a community of lovely people who bring out my creative side.
