The Martha's Vineyard Institute of Creative Writing was founded to give writers the opportunity to develop their craft among established authors. Published authors, literary journal editors, and university creative writing faculty come together to lead workshops, work one-on-one with participants, and provide publication tips. Creative writers, LHSP and MVICW are teaming up to provide two scholarships to the Martha's Vineyard summer seminar (July 19-24). These scholarships would cover tuition, transportation, and lodging--in other words, just about everything!
Interested? Then complete the application attached to this email. Complete applications will include a writing sample (6-12 pages) and a letter of interest detailing your writing history and your interest in this summer seminar.
Applications are due to the LHSP Office by noon on April 10.
