About
Sophie is currently pursuing an MS/MBA in Environmental Science with a focus in sustainable systems and public policy. Sophie is passionate about decarbonizing the electric grid, data analytics, and new business models for a circular economy. Prior to becoming a member of the Erb Institute, she spent one year in neuroscience research in Switzerland and France, and four years in NYC working in Healthcare Technology, focused on data analytics and risk prediction modeling. Most recently, she interned at Voltus Energy focused on demand response programs and marginal operating emissions rates of electricity generation. She holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
In her free time, Sophie can be found rowing on the Huron River with the Ann Arbor Rowing Club, at yoga classes at the IMSB, and roaming both the library and used book stores.
