Alumni Pathways

The Organizational Studies major provides students with the opportunity to not only create, but fully customize their educational pathway. The OS Pathways are meant to guide and support students throughout their time at U-M, and they are different for everyone.

Christiana Cromer and Abigail Ufkes, the Peer Mentors of the Class of 2020, recognized that the nature of an interdisciplinary program such as Organizational Studies can be somewhat ambiguous. What does the trajectory of a student who chooses this path actually look like? Through our conversations with alumni, our aim was to illustrate and make tangible the concept of “OS Pathways” in order to show real-world examples of what possibilities are available to students both while at the University of Michigan and beyond.

Take a look at how a few of our OS alums chose to navigate their time at the University. You will see how their timeline developed, from before they were accepted, to after graduation. This is a great opportunity to see the multitude of paths that OS can prepare you for!
