Welcome to Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at CSP
College can be a very exciting and also challenging time for students. It can provide many opportunities for students to pursue their academic and personal goals, make new connections, and discover their future path. However, it may also involve various stressors along the way. Sometimes, these stressors can accumulate and become difficult to manage without support.
To help support our students, there is now a CAPS counselor conveniently located within CSP. The CAPS counselor is available to provide supportive mental health services for CSP students as well as information about additional supports, when needed. The counselor is available by appointment only. All services are free and confidential.
Typical reasons for seeking counseling may include:
- Relationship Issues
- Academic Concerns
- Family concerns
- Adjustment difficulties
