Description of research project:
The STEM Inclusion Study (PI: Erin Cech & Tom Waidzunas) is a large, national-level study of gender, racial/ethnic, and LGBTQ inequality among science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields. The project seeks to identify new mechanisms of inequality reproduction in these fields. See https://steminclusion.com for more details.

Work may include literature reviews, qualitative data coding, preliminary data analysis, and pilot data collection.
