Intimate Negotiations: How Black-White interracial couples co-create racial meanings

 

Description of research project:

This research project examines how Black-White heterosexual interracial couples negotiate racialized and gendered conflicts and co-create racial meanings inside of their intimate partnerships.

 

Description of research assistant duties:

Research responsibilities will include but are not limited to: the creation of a citation database in either Medley or Zotero (training will be provided), literature gathering and organization by subfield (e.g., family, race/ethnicity, marriage/partnership), and the production of annotated bibliographies.
