Erin Cech, assistant professor of sociology and associate graduate director, conducted surveys between 2017 and 2019 on workplace experiences and mental health in LGBTQ+ professionals within STEM. Erin's study hopes to bring to light these issues that the LGBTQ+ community face to better support and propel change.
