Preparations are underway for the Kelsey Museum’s biannual Family Day! Join us on Sunday, October 22, 12:00 to 3:00 PM to “dig in” to the science and technology of archaeology. Held in connection with International Archaeology Day on October 21, the event will feature activities in the classrooms, a scavenger hunt, storytime, and more. Visitors will learn not only about the technologies that ancient societies employed but also the mechanisms by which archaeologists uncover and interpret the past.
