Describe a way you implement wellness and taking care of yourself?
One way I implement wellness is through taking breaks throughout the day to exercise, go for a walk, or hang out with friends. I also like to keep a routine schedule so I never have to stay up too late. I take walks often or change my environment when I feel too stressed or overwhelmed. It’s a great way to help me calm down and reset!
What is a show that you've watched, a book you've read, or music you've enjoyed recently?
I recently read some books by Agatha Christie (one of my favorite writers)! If you’re into witty mysterious I highly recommend any book of hers because they are all great!
