Describe a way you implement wellness and taking care of yourself?
One way that I implement wellness and taking care of myself is taking walks and listening to music. I've found that it's a great way for me to clear my head and get some sun.
What is a show that you've watched, a book you've read, or music you've enjoyed recently?
A show that I've watched recently is Gilmore Girls. It was my third time through it, and I enjoy it because it's such a comfort show for me. My music taste is kinda all over the place. But some artists that I've been listening to lately are Sam Cooke, Robert Glasper, Kiana Lede, Lizzy McAlpine, and Mac Ayres.
