About
Sarah has a background in student affairs and global education and has worked previously at University of Michigan as an academic advisor. Although she completed her BA in German Studies at Oberlin College in 2015 and her Masters in Cross Cultural and International Education from Bowling Green State University in 2019, she was born and raised in Ann Arbor, and is a Wolverine at heart. Additionally, Sarah has a strong interest in international education and working with countries and programs throughout Europe. She has spent 3+ academic years abroad in Germany, including one year as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant. Sarah's Master's thesis was on the role of German teachers and language acquisition in the lives of refugee students in Germany. She also recently received dual citizenship in the Netherlands.
