Course Description

No experience required for this cross-discipline class. Take a close look at how forms, patterns and shapes repeat and connect in nature. Think spirals, waves, branches and layers on all scales, from immense to diminutive. Along the way, you'll learn to identify the objects you study and appreciate their role in our environment.

Through field trips and studio work, plein air landscape study and microscope viewing, you will improve your skills of observation and representation, and deepen your connection to the world around us.
