Celia Morones is a first-generation fourth-year student majoring in women's and gender studies and sociology. She previously worked as a research assistant in the Sociology Undergraduate Research Program investigating the experiences of LBTQ migrants who lived in South Korea. Since then, she has become a research and outreach fellow at the Nam Center for Korean Studies. As a Nam Center fellow this year, she will be researching the intersections of dating, marriage, employment, and fertility rates in South Korea. In her free time, Celia enjoys watching Korean reality television shows or drinking boba with her friends.
