Participate in Our Student Focus Group

This summer we will be hosting a student focus group to help us plan new and exciting events for next year—the option to participate in-person or virtually. Participants will receive a swag item from the LSA swag store.

Join Our Team as a Student Events Assistant

Soon our office will be searching for a student Events Assistant to join our team! This position would provide event and administrative support for planning LSA@Play student and LSA staff events.

Six–Word Story Contest

Can you tell an entire story with just six words?  Make us cry or laugh by crafting an original narrative arc with six carefully chosen words.  Every Friday this month, a weekly theme will be announced via LSA Instagram.  Submit your Six–Word Story in the comments of the Friday post by the following Wednesday for a chance to win a Bluetooth speaker!

End–of–Year Bash

You made it, and now it's time to celebrate! Join us for food, games, swag, and fun on the lawn to close out the year with cheer.

Movie Night: Knives Out

A night at the movies right here on campus, featuring Knives Out!  Mingle with Dean Curzan and get free popcorn, snacks, and swag!* Registration required due to limited seating.

Pumpkins and Spice

Monday, October 25

4:00–5:30 p.m.

LSA Building, Back Patio 

Donuts, cider, and swag* of the season.  First 25 students get a Bluetooth speaker and the winner of Candy Corn Count Challenge gets a Yeti cooler!  Featuring a pumpkin carving contest between LSA Dean Anne Curzan and CoE Dean Alec Gallimore.  Vote for the winner via LSA social!

I Just Came for the Pie

LSA Building, Atrium 

Join Dean Curzan for the comforts of the season right here on campus! Featuring sweet pies and hot chocolate, plus take home your own savory pot pie. Tell us you’ll be there so we have enough pie!
