Joel Gluch from the Customer Experience Team (CET) was the finalist for the HDI analyst of the year award. This was announced at the award ceremony for the HDI Motown Chapter. Joel was nominated because of his ability to leverage a high volume of support tickets with an outstanding level of customer service. The high level of care and support shown in Joel's customer service commonly gets faculty and staff asking for him specifically with support requests. Joel is also responsible for our Annual Hard Drive Shredding event, Linux training among CET, and has been a great addition to our shared drive restructure working team. He's doing all this while going to school for his Masters Degree in Computer and Information Science from U-M.
