Career Resources

A major in physics or interdisciplinary physics leaves students with a number of skills that can translate into both graduate school and industry. Based on the First Destination Survey that is done by the Career Center, physics graduates are approaching an even split between graduates who pursue graduate school and those who are entering the workforce.

Those who enter the workforce are employed in positions that reach across a wide variety of professional positions including, but not limited to, defense, analytics, software development, and data analysis.
