Foundations of String Cosmology Symposium

The 5th Michigan Center for Theoretical Physics Spring Symposium
Thursday, April 20, 2017
8:00 AM-5:00 PM
3481 Randall Laboratory Map
Cosmology offers a compelling setting for quantum gravity, and string theory in particular. The MCTP symposium will bring together researchers working on various theoretical developments of current research interest, including effective quantum field theory, inflation in string theory, holographic inflation, Weak Gravity Conjecture,… The meeting will include several overview talks, a few specialized presentations, and time for informal interactions.

The workshop is by invitation only. There will be no registration fee.

Partially supported by the DoE Office of Science (Office of High Energy Physics).

Note: The symposium will be held on the following dates in the rooms below:
Thursday until 3 PM: 340 West Hall, then 4404 Randall
