About
As an international student with a sociology and anthropology background who has struggled to find employment due to VISA issues, I can professionally and personally empathize with students' struggles and fully engage in their journeys to step into another part of their lives.
I majored in Sociology and Anthropology at U-M LSA, and mainly took courses about discrimination to further my learnings in eliminating identity-related bias, prejudice, and discrimination. I believe my educational praxis will be turned into a real-life workplace and societal action plan that could be universally implemented as I work in business before returning to academia to garner a Ph.D. in Sociology.
