Official transcripts must be submitted to the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) after you have registered for the LSAC’s Credential Assembly Service (CAS). You are required to submit transcripts from every U.S. undergraduate institution in which you attempted to earn credit. For more details, carefully read LSAC’s information on required transcripts.
Log in to your LSAC account and print a transcript request form for each undergraduate institution you attended. The form appears beneath the names of the undergraduate institutions you entered into your CAS account. The form needs to be sent to the registrar’s office of the appropriate undergraduate institution. Please note that you cannot order your University of Michigan transcripts on Wolverine Access. You must utilize the LSAC form.
To request your transcript be sent from the University of Michigan to LSAC, you must print off your LSAC Transcript Request Form and take it in person to the Registrar's Office -OR- download the Transcript Request Form from your LSAC account and email it to the Registrar at [email protected]. Included with your emailed request form to the RO should be a printed and hand-signed copy of Michigan's Transcript Order Form. The RO will print and mail your official transcript along with your LSAC form.
