Once a pre-law student has completed the preparation stage, they will transition to the application stage. Students should be sure they understand the overall timing of the law school application process and understand the components of the law school application. 

Once applications are released and available on the LSAC website, students need to critically read the instructions of every law school application. Different law schools have different requirements for applicants. Students are encouraged to meticulously note the various requirements and deadlines for each law school that they plan to apply to in the cycle.
