Adi Sathi (B.A., U-M Political Science, 2013) has been recognized as one of Crain's Detroit Business "Twenty In Their 20s."

Sathi, a Republican strategist and public policy professional, has always had a passion for making a difference. While at Michigan, Adi was a leading advocate for the Medical Amnesty initiative (Michigan House Bill 4393). HB 4393, signed into law in 2012, allows those under 21 to seek medical attention without legal ramifications for being a minor under the influence.

During the coronavirus pandemic, Sathi with the Michigan Asian Pacific American Affairs Commission (MAPAAC) has worked with the state and federal government to help fight racism against Asian Americans.
