Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage prospective applicants' inquiries
- Graduate admission, recruitment, orientation
- Assist with jobseekers process
- Manage third term reviews
- Maintain graduate course descriptions
- Updates graduate handbooks
- Manages graduate students' milestones: prelim exams, dissertation defenses, language exams, advance to candidacy, pre-prospectus, prospectus, foreign language exams
- Assist with registration issues/questions
- Issue class permissions for Graduate English courses
- Disburse graduate students' fellowships, financial awards, and benefits
- Assist with day-to-day operations of student services and Graduate Office
- Graduate Office website updates
- Manage MFA take-home exams
- Manage submissions of MFA Thesis, Deep Blue archival process
- Manage students' files
- Maintain e-mail listservs
