The Winter 2023 4th-year Russian 402 students (with generous help from 3rd-year 302 students!) performed The Wedding Mishap, a play based on Mikhail Zoshchenko’s comedy “SVAD’BA”. Instructor Nina Shkolnik directed the students. The performance, which took place on April 13, 2023, was recorded and is embedded below. The play is a comical situation, involving a groom who met his bride only once and is unable to recognize her during the wedding since he had never seen her without a coat.
