Current Work

Dr. Williams' research centers digital identity development; Hip-Hip pedagogical practices; maleidentities and masculinity; and inclusive organizational practices through qualitative analysis. More specifically, my work focuses on pressing issues related to Black male masculinity development, Twitter's linguistic usage, and the cultivation of symbols through generational evolution.
