Originally from Oklahoma, Dae’lyn Do (she/her) earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Relations and Advertising from Northeastern State University. Following that, she earned her master’s degree in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. During her time at BGSU, she served as the Coordinator for Student Engagement and Programming for Thompson Scholarship Programs.

Dae’lyn is also an active member of the larger higher education and student affairs community through her service to the professional organization NASPA, Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education. Dae’lyn currently serves as a NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program (NUFP) mentor and holds a leadership position for the Womxn in Student Affairs (WISA) Knowledge Community. When Dae'lyn is not at work, she enjoys hiking, baking, gardening, board gaming and adventuring with her partner, Hoang, and pug, Ned.

Dae’lyn’s experience as a first-generation, low-income college student is what led her to student affairs work. She feels a deep sense of purpose in the field, and her goal is to empower students, support them on their journeys toward receiving a higher education, and open doors for them to experience the impact of a college education in the same way she did. Dae'lyn believes in values-driven leadership, and she is excited to bring her personal values of integrity, intentionality, authenticity, appreciation, and growth to her work with WISE RP. She is incredibly eager to dive in, develop relationships, and begin learning and growing alongside the emerging leaders of WISE RP.
