Recruitment Team members Individually and collectively, serve as ambassadors and promote the WISE RP to potential University of Michigan incoming students. Knowing that each student brings a unique perspective and background, the Recruitment Team members work to uncover a student's desire to become part of the WISE RP, in addition to helping students understand the benefits and opportunities of program participation.
