About Us

The Global Scholars Program is a community in which U.S., international and exchange students learn from one another both in and out of the classroom.

In this global living-learning community, education goes beyond classroom walls. By living together in the same residence hall, Global Scholars residents will be immersed in an ongoing intercultural experience.

All GSP students live together in the same residential hall for the academic year, allowing students to learn from one another both academically and socially. GSP students are required to live in the Global Scholars halls in order to participate in the program.

Students can expect ongoing events that incorporate learning cultures and traditions from around the world such as, international movie viewings and holiday celebrations that emphasize cultural learning and sharing. Global Scholars residents will have a significant input in the planning and coordinating of intercultural programs.

Information on residential hall rates can be found on the University housing website.
