Housing Information

GSP is an inclusive community that does its best to provide accessible living spaces to students with varying needs.

As an inclusive community, we offer a gender-inclusive housing option that commits participants to maintaining an all-inclusive and open environment free of discrimination based on gender identity.

Students in their first year of GSP are required to live on floors four or five of North Quad.

Students returning as Peer Facilitators, Special Project Leads, or Advisory Council Members are not required to live in North Quad. However, as returning GSP students, they will be given the option to choose their room should they wish to live in North Quad.

In order to promote intercultural and interpersonal diversity, First Year GSP community members cannot choose a specific room or request a roommate - even if you have indicated a roommate preference on your University Housing application

Students who are accepted to GSP must apply SEPARATELY for a University Housing contract.

If the student already has signed a University Housing contract for a space in a different building, GSP will communicate with University Housing and the student on how to change their existing contract to the North Quad. Students must confirm this change in a timely manner or their space may be re-assigned.

North Quad offers a range of room types and rates, majority of the spaces on floors four and five are rate type 2 or rate type 3, with a limited option for rate 1 and 4. Please visit the Housing website for the most up to date information on housing rates.
