On Monday, March 11, ELI held a Student to Student event to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. The event was organized and run by ELI’s excellent student staff.

U-M international students and scholars gathered to learn about St. Patrick's Day and socialize through fun and delicious crafts! A brief presentation on the history and background of St. Patrick’s Day was given while attendees enjoyed Pizza while meeting and conversing with other students. Then a themed trivia game was held, with prizes for the winners, and finally everyone decorated shamrock shaped cookies.

ELI Student to Student events are fun, interactive events planned and led by U-M students to help international students meet people and make connections. We often plan our themes around holidays and American cultural events.
