Scott Ellsworth and DAAS Students Launch Wallenberg Project


While the accomplishments of Raoul Wallenberg, the Michigan alumnus who is credited with saving the lives of tens of thousands of Hungarian Jews at the end of World War II, have been celebrated worldwide, he is far from a household name on the UM campus.  Scott Ellsworth and a group of present and former DAAS students, however, hope to change this, as described in this article from The Michigan Daily on December 7, 2011.
