Hip Hop Congress will be partnering with arts organization Fighting Obstacles Knowing Ultimate Success (FOKUS) to bring Bronx rapper and community activist YC the Cynic to the University of Michigan! This event was previously scheduled for Fall semester, but due to personal reasons the artist had to reschedule for January.
Join us in Helmut Stern Auditorium in the Museum of Art (UMMA) on January 22 from 6-7:30 PM for Q&A with YC on the intersection between activism and music, as well as a concert in The Forum. This event is free and open to the general public.
