Co-Curricular
WISE RP students engage in a variety of touchpoints to build community, engage with WISE RP's tenets, and support personal and professional growth. Community members are expected to actively participate in required programming, including Tuesday evening events, and engage in additional optional opportunities throughout the year. They must also maintain consistent communication with their Peer Mentor, Resident Advisor, and WISE RP leadership, attend Welcome Week and Alumni Weekend, and are encouraged to join WISE RP Study Groups.

Learning Outcomes
Curricular
While you and your peers may be interested in an array of STEM disciplines, ALA 107 and 108 are learning spaces in which WISE RP members can discuss how to navigate those core STEM classes. WISE RP’s seminars are designed to equip students with critical skills and tools to successfully traverse their STEM journeys.
Enrollment and successful completion are required, with 10% of the ALA grade tied to Passport to Success participation. Students must also maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
