24 second-year students were selected to return to the program as a peer mentor. Each peer mentor is assigned a group of year students.
The WISE RP Peer Mentors work directly throughout the academic year with a small group of first-year cohort members. Peer Mentors implement programs and services that meet both the program tenets and assessed needs of students within their small group, in addition to the community at-large. Peer mentors: mentor, plan programming, advise students, network, help students navigate personal and academic challenges.
