Mosher-Jordan Residence Hall 168 Mosher-Jordan
The Women in Science and Engineering Residence Program (WISE RP) is an academically supportive living-learning community for students who are interested in academic majors and careers in science, technology, engineering and/or mathematics (STEM). WISE RP students live together in Mosher-Jordan Residence Hall and have an abundance of academic and social opportunities available to them. The first-year seminar course, UC 107, lays the foundation for WISE RP while the social, athletic, community service, and cultural activities allow for a well-rounded experience. In addition, each first-year student is paired with a sophomore peer mentor who can offer academic and social support as students find their way through their new surroundings. Because WISE RP students take similar classes during their first year, the program offers facilitated study groups for most of the introductory science, math, and engineering courses.
