- List the publictaions you wish to order by publication type (OP=Occasional Paper, MP= Miscellaneous Publication, SP= Special Publication, LVB= Contributions from the Laboratory of Vertebrate Biology,
Other = other publications). - List publication number under each type. The addition of author's names and titles is not ncecessary, but will help make sure your order is correct.
- State how many copies of each publication you require.
- Quote the prices listed in the catalog.
- OUT-OF-PRINT (OOP) Publications may be obtained by ordering a photocopy. Price is ten cents per page plus ten cents for each foldout chart, map, or figure. Postage and handling charges are the same as for "All other publications," below.
- Add 6% Michigan Sales Tax if you are a Michigan resident.
- Add postage/handling charges as follows:
