Directions for Joining Meet a Scientist Event

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

The Meet a Scientist Zoom event features short, interactive presentations by University of Michigan researchers. The presentations are intended to be conversational with time built in for questions and discussion where you can choose the topics most interesting to you and/or your family. 

To promote two-way communication, we ask that you leave your camera ON if possible and mute your microphone unless you are asking or responding to a question.

  • Session 1 - 10:00-10:50 (choose one of 4 Zoom links)
  • Break - 10:50-11:00 (break)
  • Session 2 - 11:00-11:50 (choose one of 4 Zoom links)

To participate, please choose one group for each time slot and click on the Zoom link below to attend. Each scientist in the group will present for approximately 15 minutes. You may switch between groups by choosing a different link. Groups A and B are more geared toward adults and older teens while Groups C and D are for general public ages 10+.
