December 14, 2020-March 1, 2021
Some communities deal with pollution as part of their everyday lives, while others never have to worry about clean air and water. Some neighborhoods have parks and greenspaces while others do not. Have you noticed these differences in your city?
Environmental justice envisions a world where everyone has the right to a healthy and pollution-free community. The U-M Museum of Natural History and U-M Shapiro Undergraduate Library are hosting a virtual community conversation to reimagine how museums and libraries could better serve environmental justice movements.
We want to hear how you think museums and libraries should show up and support environmental justice efforts in southeast Michigan.
