Women in Science Day

10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

In celebration of Women’s History Month, this whole day will highlight women in science.

  • See Wild Swan Theater's production of Coding to the Moon, a play about the story of Margaret Hamilton's contributions to the Apollo Missions. Tickets will be available in March. Sign up for our newsletter to know when tickets are available.

  • Meet some great role models at our Scientist Spotlight, highlighting the work of women in scientific fields at the University of Michigan.

  • Check out other special presentations in the Science Forum and activities throughout the museum!

  • Find out what it takes to start a career in science at the U-M (we'll have admissions and financial aid information available).

These researchers are Science Communication Fellows with the U-M Museum of Natural History's Portal to the Public program and represent various scientific fields. Suitable for upper elementary through adult audiences.
