The University Press of Colorado has released Foraging in the Past: Archaeological Studies of Hunter-Gatherer Diversity, edited by Ashley Lemke, assistant professor at the University of Texas at Arlington and visiting assistant professor at the University of Michigan.

Foraging in the Past describes new prehistoric data and archaeological methods for investigating hunter-gatherer societies around the world. Raven Garvey, curator of circumpolar archaeology at the Museum, and Brian Stewart, curator of paleolithic archaeology at the Museum, are contributors, as is Museum alum Katherine Moore, teaching specialist at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology. Robert L. Kelly, professor of archaeology at the University of Wyoming and another Museum alum, wrote the foreword.
