On Thursday, February 9, at 6 p.m., Dr. Laura Motta, director of  Environmental Archaeology for the Gabii Project, co-director of the Bioarchaeology Lab at the Kelsey Museum of Archaeology, and the U-M principal investigator for the AGROS Project, will give a talk entitled, "The River and the Rock: Early Rome Environmental Settings."

The talk is part of the U-M Kelsey Museum's Field Archaeology Series on Thursdays and is held in a hybrid format. The physical lecture will occur in the Classics Library (2175 Angell Hall). There will be light refreshments beginning at 5:30 p.m. This lecture is free and open to the public.
