Curator search begins
The Department of Anthropology and the Museum of Anthropological Archaeology at the University of Michigan invite applications for a joint professorial and curatorial appointment in anthropological archaeology at the assistant professor rank, to start September 1, 2019. This is a university-year appointment. Time period and area of specialization are open, but strong preference will be given to applicants whose primary focus is on Asia and complex societies. Applicants must be willing to curate and teach from the Museum’s large Asia collection and actively engage in fieldwork. Applicants must have Ph.D. in hand at time of application.
