Most LSA classrooms are available for reservations and rentals. LSA, however, does reserve the right to group events in particular buildings for health, safety, and building management reasons.

Student organizations can request room rentals through our LSA Room Reservation Request Form.
These rooms are reserved for student organizations for the following fees according to capacity, payable by shortcode:
Room requests can take 3-5 business days to process, sometimes longer depending on the time of year and volume of requests, so please submit your requests as in advance as possible.
If your organization is looking to reserve a large auditorium, you'll need to make these requests at least 2 weeks in advance and will likely need to purchase audio-visual support.
Here are the following classrooms that require our staff to operate all installed equipment (AV support will incur an additional service fee) and that will need to be requested at least 2 weeks in advance:
There are separate charges associated with LSA Support Services technician support for the labor time and administrative work. The charges for the room reservation are billed separately from the LSA Support Services technician support charges. Initial consultations are free—once your ticket is submitted they will contact you.
