LSA Technology Services offers its monitoring solution via Zabbix, an enterprise-class open source software package for monitoring networks, services, and services or applications. The service is designed to meet the needs of IT professionals throughout the college and not often of interest to general faculty, staff, or students.
We monitor and track the status of various network services, servers, and other network hardware. Operations can be performed via its web interface, which requires Cosign authentication. It is used to monitor various Linux, Mac, and Windows servers and services supported by the LSA TS RCIS Infrastructure team and the tier-2 support groups.
